has anyone hit with this racquet if sooo what are your impressions of it?
I demoed it and and really liked it, nice solid feel with good control. One of the better frames I've hit with lately.
Forgot to add this racquet is really sweet on volleys.
*bump*, i really want to know, anyone hit with it that also hit with the tour gt and the pre-gt versions, what was main difference?
Just hit with it today and the Storm GT is more solid than the prior Non-GT version. It's been a while but I would say it felt like the old Wilson Pro staff 85 in solid feel. The 85 definately had more control though but not as much pace(cant swing as fast as I used too). Definatly more solid than the PURE drive GT too. Pure Drive had more pop and a little better spin. Head synthetics used with the PStorm GT and NRG in the PD GT.
I like it better than the PURE Drive GT
Not a fan... tried it and found it hard to snap the wrist on serves becuase of the balance of the frame. Decent pop but unimpressed with the feel of the racquet. Have not tried PS GT Tour version or the Ltd GT version- only PS GT.
ive played with it like 3 times against top 10 players in the us in 16s and 18s its so solid good for all around game serves amazing solid crisp volleys and spin and control... but the babolat package is not so good its
12 pack bag
1 set of string
grips dameners and stencil and for prince u get the same for $300 and a lil more
hey is it one set? or one reel? cuz one set would be not good but a reel, the deal will be alright since babolat strings are quite pricey
It's always been twelve sets unless its gut so I would check on that.
its 1 set.. and nope
