With Noah in the list there's nary a doubt where you come from :p
actually i included/checked noah because of the high number of 5 sets matches he played... which suggested a decent amount of "consecutive 5-setters".

looking at the list, it wasn't such a bad guess... ;)

Edberg's run was ridiculous at the USO 1992. Not only that he won three consecutive five-setters, but he was a break down in each of them! And then he went to beat Sampras in the final ...

... not to mention the quality of his opponents in this streak ! :)
(krajicek, lendl, chang)
It was a phenomenal tournament for Stefan.

Guga deserves to be mentioned as well.

1997 French Open W 3rd, W 4th, W QF

He beat three former champions, Muster in 4th round (in five sets), Kafelnikov (in five), the defending champion in QF, Bruguera (straight-sets destruction) in the final and Medvedev, the finalist in 1999, in 3rd, in five as well.

I'd be interested to see how many of them went on to win the respective tournament that they played their respective back-to-back five-setters.
