backhand slice contact point

where is it? i use a netural stance and my 2 hand backhand contact point is out to the side and a little in front of the front foot. i'm finding the slice though is still a little more out in front than the 2hand backhand. would this be correct?

Depends on the grips of your 2hbh and your 1hbh slice.
Some guys can hit their 2hbh's very late, almost shovelling the ball, so their 1hbh slice is usually more out in front.
Other guys hit their 2hbh's very early, using a stronger grip, so if they choose a conti with eFOREhand twist to slice, the 1hbh slice is hit later than their 2hbh's.
And guys who slice with 1hbh SW backhand grips always contact the ball much earlier than any other grip.

I hit some of my most effective high 1hbh slices using a conti grip with a half twist towards eastern FOREhand! Hit late, leaning forward, stance well closed, I can swing as fast as I can, impart heavy sidespin in addition to slice, the ball clears the net by 3' and drifts to the baseline with an exaggerated skidding effect.
Then again, it's much easier to hit the same high ball with a strong eastern backhand grip, taken every early, and that grip allows a more controlled and slower swing for effective pace and depth.
