I like this SW calculator (see below) better than the counting swings of your racket method.
You have to provide the length, weight, balance and swing weight and then enter how much weight you added and the location where you added it. Location is the distance from the butt in inches. If you add a long strip of lead tape, enter the length to the center of the strip.
You can also enter twistweight if you know and the tool will calculate your knew twist weight based on where you added lead. You can also enter W which is the width from the center of the strings. For example, lead added at 9 o'clock is approximately 4.5 inches from the center of the string so I enter W as 4.5 inches
I think you added almost 6 grams from 2 to 10. If you added it as a continuous strip across the top, it would be centered at 12 o'clock. With these assumptions, your new SW would be around 320 grams. But, play with the tool to get it correct. Silicon in the butt cap does not really increase SW. You can see this by entering 6 grams (made this up as I have no idea how much your silicon weighs) at 2 inches from the butt cap. You will see that the SW does not increase. The handle weight will just shift your balance point and offset the weight you entered at the head. I use handle weight to get the balance I want not to increase SW.
