barricade 5 vs breath cage II vs ballistecs

Which one shoe should i pick? I previously had barricade 5s but i have never tried the nikes. Whats the differences between those shoes? I want to know peoples personal experiences with the shoe. Price doesn't matter very much because i can get them all for around $70-$80.

I have both Barricade 5's and CBs, and IMHO, the Barricades are a lot better for tournaments/matches, but the CBs are better during practices.

I am curious, because I love Nike and have all the CB colors, and I think I am planning to get the rest when they release (I'm hooked), but I always wanted to try the Barricade Vs...could you provide some specific reasons why one is better than the other, and what type of foot you have??

barricades are most durable of them all ive heard... breathe free are probably the lightest. cb are comfy and cushioned though... btw my hall of fame post ftw!!!!

BC II is fits like a glove,Great cushioning, very comfortable, fairly light. But the shoe laces are a bit too short, it is a bit too tall off the ground.

Barricade fit well too, but not "glove-like" compared to the BCII, it was lower to the ground, felt more stable. Downside: it is a bit heavy, the cushioning isn't as good as the BCII.

Overall, my knees love the BCII. The Vapor 5/6 seems like a good in between shoes, but I have not personally tried them. Picked them up for a friend, tried them kinda, but they weren't in my size, so can't give a good comparison.

I can't speak for the Barricade Vs, but I've played in both the ballistecs and the bcII. To me, the BCII are a little easier to move around in on court, but the ballistecs win on cushioning, durability, and comfort. Also, I haven't completely broken the ballistecs in yet, so that could account for the stiffness and difficult maneuvering.

What kind of fit is the ballistec? I heard they were narrower than the B5s, but how exactly? Narrower in the toe box? The sides? The heel? Hows the arch support compared to the B5?

they are narrower everywhere - more like a glove. In fact closer to the feel of a well worn-in barricade IV IMO. but my feet aren't typical as most don't find my top-of-the-toe-pinching with the ballistecs which I do.
