Federer looks nervous. I don't understand why he respects Delpo so much. He needs to relax and just move him around. Bautista Agut showed how to do that for a set and a bit earlier.

He's more nervous in front of home crowd than anywhere else apparently.

No it's a ridicule on your analysis which assumes Federer only loses because people are inside his head and not due to the fact that the other guy simply played better
