Beginner racquet choice

My local shop let me demo two racquets: Wilson BLX Surge and Head Youtek Mojo. I haven't decided yet decided which one I like better. The Wilson has more bounce and seems more forgiving, but the Head is nicer when it's hit right on. Would it be foolish to buy both? I'm about 2.5 NTRP.

How long have you've been demoing them? I can't really recommend an exact timeframe but keep demoing them until you can make a confident decision.

I put three hours on each playing and another couple hours each on the wall, inside one week. They now gave me another week to demo.

How about strings? Are they the same string at least?

I agree with BLX_Andy. I would also suggest looking at some of the racquet video reviews at Tennis Warehouse to help you with narrowing the racquet choices. I know I went thru at least three different racquets before I settled on one that fit my game. Good luck!

Yes, the strings are the same.
