benefits of high and low tension with poly

hi guys

recently i noticed that almost all the pros string there frames at an extreamly high or low tension. i was wondering what the pros and cons of each are.

personally, i dont see any advantages to stringing a poly string high. i really cant understand how blake can handle a full poly at such a high tension and still lift his arm.

since polys r low powered, stringing low still allows control, but its best feature is its awesome spin potential. stringing low w/ a poly will let your strings "pocket" the ball more, providing more spin. u can get profound control w/ a low strung poly if u can utilize its spin potential correctly. at least thats my 2 cents.

ive been using prince tour @ 65 for the past few weeks and I love it. I have yet to try a low tension with a poly but maybe ill try it one of these days.
