As voted anually by the players themselves:

Masters 1000 category: Indian Wells wins for the 3rd year running.

ATP 500 category: Queens Club, London wins for the 2nd year running (won the previous 2 seasons in the ATP 250 category).

ATP 250 category: Stockholm and Winston Salem are joint winners each for the 1st time.

Who's he? They were voted by the players themselves like they do each year.

@KINGROGER chose his 3 favourites- two of which Federer has won so many times throughout the years. If you're viewing it objectively, Halle and Stuttgart aren't even close to winning in their categories.

I really don't follow you. These were the picks of all the players, nothing at all to do with with KingRoger or anybody else on here. The players vote each year to say which was their favourite tournament out of the 3 ATP categories (Masters 1000s, 500s and 250s). These were their choices this year and, apart from Indian Wells, Federer has only won 1 of the other choices once (2010 Stockholm). Please read the link I posted.
