Best device to test electric machines tension?

Happy Sunday! I have an older gamma progression ESII that I want to double check the tension settings on. What device would you recommend to get the best calibration for this digital machine? I know how to alter the digital settings on the machine itself, but I need an outside device to confirm the actual tension.

Best device does not exist. You can use analog spring loaded devices that are available online. You can also use a luggage scale. You just want to be consistent. Your 50# is probably gonna be close to but not same as someone else's 50# pull. (I use a calibrated luggage scale.)

get a digital calibrator. wise 2090 is the best but a bit pricier than other options.
kevlar string is great to use with the calibrator
