best hybrid combo with blue gear ultra spin

i've used a full bed of pro supex blue gear ultra spin for the last 6 years. i like it a lot but in the last year i've had some elbow problems and am wondering if doing a hybrid might reduce those issues. i have never done a hybrid before, so i'm open to suggestions about what might work best with blue gear ultra spin.

fyi: 38 years old, 5.0 rating, play almost entirely from the baseline with a lot of spin on both sides.

Tension? Gauge? Racquet?
I'd try a thinner and softer poly in the crosses at the same tension if your arm issues aren't that bad, like isospeed baseline 17g or pros pro red devil 1.19. If that's not enough, velocity will maintain more spin than most multis because of it's slick coating. Raise tension in crosses around 2 pounds for multis. Also consider switching to a softer main string.

i use a babolat pure aero, 55 lbs, 16 gauge.

Well, a pure aero is an inherently arm-unfriendly racquet, and pretty powerful, so lowering tension or switching to a higher powered string won't do you much good, unless you can handle the extra power. Maybe just try lowering tension to about 50.
