There is no best socks or shoes because of different shape foot to other requirements. Everyone requires slightly different features fo socks and shoes.
Someone might sweat more than other people so cotton might not work for them or someone might not like slippery mixed fabric materials such as elite socks.

Nadal uses higher cotton mixture fabric material and Federer uses cotton socks (double socks) so it’s more personal preference.

i find the nike elite socks to be so good they are almost worth the asking price.. so if you can find them cheap stock up. i have picked up primarily the elite basketball socks because they are sometimes available for giveaway prices on older colors and styles.. recently bought out the store in an suites all blue crew length.. 7 pairs for $21.. love the compression, cushion..and they wash so well

I wear the Nike cotton/dri-fit combo. Cotton on top and the bottom half is dri-fit material. I bought a pack on the Bay for like around $17 bucks. Slightly expensive, but worth it in my opinion. I still stick mainly with Nike elites tennis or football.

Not a fan although I get the need to match with shoes. I recently bought Puma socks and love them.

Nike elite no show tab socks. Great product. Almost indestructible. Just the right amount of bulk and cushion.
They’re not really a true no show sock, for those of u “religiously”opposed to a complete no show sock.
