If you had to increase your grip by one size, what method would you chose?
Assume your goal is also to keep the original bevel feeling (avoid rounding it too much) and keep the additional weight as low as possible.

I use two overgrips primarily. Tournagrip used to sell these roll on grips and I would roll this onto the pallet and then put the grip and overgrip over this. My main sticks have this now. I have also used blue painter's tape under the grip...cheap fix, I know.

X-flock shrink tubing works very well and is easy to use. It’s lighter than the one TW carries (albeit more expensive). I take off the buttcap, install the shrink tubing then add a buttcap that is next size up.

What you could do is wrap two overgrips tightly right on the pallet without overlapping them after the first couple wraps. Install the replacement on top of that. I really like a firm feel in the handle, so sometimes instead of leather I’ll just construct a replacement grip using plastic tape and multiple overgrips layered without overlap.
