Best overgrip and towel, sunscreen management

I'm sure the topics been discussed, so would appreciate being referred to any previous threads. I was wondering what the best overgrip is in humid (sweaty) conditions. Also if anyone has an opinion on the most absorbent towels (I used a friend' microfiber towel and while it felt wet it seemed very absorbent). Also how do you prevent sunscreen from getting on your grip? As I find it is the worst offender as far as racquet grip slippage goes, it's harder to get off the grip than moisture. Any thoughts/comments appreciated!?

Tourna Original, Volkl V-Dry and MSV Prespi-Absorbent are great overgrips for sweaty hands, the Volkl being the most durable of the bunch for me.

I also like microfiber towels, though I never used one that had a wet feeling (quite the opposite actually).

I put on sunscreen half an hour before playing (as recommended) and wash my hands afterwards.

I have very fair skin, so I burn and get brown spots on my skin easily. I suggest applying sunscreen with your off hand. I have a one-handed backhand, so my off hand does not touch the grip, but even when I had a two-handed backhand, the sunscreen on my off hand wouldn't mess up the grip too badly.

by far the best tennis towels are Abyss towels from Portugal, the hand towels are more than adequate but a little pricey.
Hello Old Man Stringer,

On the Abyss towels, can you let me know what in your view sets them apart from others? Thickness wise, where on the scale might they be? I ask as I am considering buying one for tennis, and am trying to gather some insight.

Best,
John

Hi Old Man Stringer,

I decided to try one of those Abyss brand towels, and they are indeed excellent. I am unsure if I'll buy more than the one I have, as they are pricey, but they are definitely of top quality.

Best,
John

Try the Luxilon elite dry grip, absorbs sweat very well but too think for me I couln't play with it, I stick with VS grip
