My vote goes to Coria, after reigning the clay courts last year, he couldn't finish, losing a disappointing five-setter in the RG final to the big underdog.

I'm going to have to say Hass. He's such a great player, but has been unlucky with injuries.

So just like me, then!

I would say Henman is a better player than Coria, but it is perhaps more surprising that Coria hasn't won a slam. His game is perfectly suited to Clay, and no one has really come out and dominated the clay court game during Coria's time like Sampras did and now Federer has during Henmans.

Just a couple of points away from Andy Roddick being the definitive answer - 2002 US Open.
Anyway, talent-wise, I'd say Haas. Henman/Coria a close second/third.

Recent past: RIOS.

Just a couple of points away: Goran - 2001 Wimbledon.

Hmm, don't you think someone has come out and dominated the clay court game now? Last year was Coria's only real chance. Before that there was Ferrero and Kuerten.

Nalbandian...
Quarterfinals in every GS ... the numbers speak for themselves (although, he chokes badly on finals :p)

I would agree with thejackal; Coria on clay and Henman on grass...Grosjean is also a very talented player who could win on grass or any surface really. I think Grosjean is actually more talented than Henman, it's just surprising Henman hasn't won Wimbly since he has the whole crowd behind him...

Johansson Thomas ? He did win AO in 2002. He is in the list by mistake probably ?

From others my pick is Coria. His weakness is missing natural health. he is very much talented player with great feeling of the ball.

def haas, he has(had) so much talent, but was plagued with injuries

Haas with his old serve combined with his 'comeback' game of last year would win a slam. He's got the all court game and variety to win big, but now that he is missing his big serve and has absolutely no confidence, it is painful and sad to see him wade around in the top 30.

By the way, J. Johansson? Yeah right. Sorry but realistically he is not good enough to win a slam, much less many tournaments.
