Wilson has the worst QC ever. That anyone voted for Wilson suggests that you need to define Best. Because if Best includes quality control then Wilson is out and so is Babolat.

So Best for what? Best paint? Best PJ? Best feel? Best quality? Best qulity/price? Best overall?

Most of the points above are going to be a matter of preference, I assume he is going for best overall.
I had to go with Wilson, I have tried many rackets but always end up going back to them.

Babolat all day any day.

Its so strange that it feels like cheating, their rackets always have some extra that any other brand can't give it to you.

I’d say for now (*for me):

1. Wilson - Best in providing performance plus the feel
2. Babolat - Best in overall performance
3. Prince - Best in providing the classic feel

Head and Wilson are now selling lowest quality racquets by the tens of thousands. Both brands used to be different.

I used to think that Yonex was up the top but that was up to the dual G and DR era but now I am not so sure. They have progressively got flimsier since then.
Volkl, also were very good but I think they have gone a bit stiff and brassy.
Pacific were great but the company doesnt want to help customers or trade.
So I would say right now that the best 2 brands are Tecmifibre and Dunlop and for low cost / quality ratio definitely Pro Kennex. Their Q Tours IMO are one of the best frames out there. Also Angell currently making top racquets with their K7 and ASL range. On the rise dark horse is Prince, good on them for making low RA frames.

Yonex has excellent frames and good QC, Wilson has the blade with tragic QC, Babolat the best tweeners around if you’re into tweeters. Tec has some truly nice 18x20s if that is your style and Angell is top quality frames. I have also experienced Dahcor and I gotta say the two frames i got were top notch just lacking in PJ durability.
