Serve: Michael Stich.
Well, to me it's a pleasing, fluid and clean motion – beautiful motion and beautiful effects.
To each their own clearly.
My only slight gripe is on the follow-through, where I'd find, say, Fed's more visually pleasing. I also agree with your pick of FeLo though, it's also fluid and beautiful, a fairly short/quick motion.
Federer slice backhand. That's the best looking shot.
Current- 2 hander: Goffin
All time favorite, eye-pleasing shot and technique: Agassi crush forehand on short ball!
Serve: agree with Stich
rios has come up a few times, his game was pretty buttery all-around. Him, johnny mac and fed are my racket skills all-timers, three guys who just seem to feel the ball like few others can, uncanny racket control, always know what the racket face is doing, and rarely if ever look out of ideas.
also, throwing in nod to stich for serve aesthetics.
probably the most graceful player I've ever seen next to Federer
I love the Sampras serve motion. So fluid and explosive, no hitches.
Nadal volley (best in the top 100, no?)
Djokovic ROAR, not a shot but who cares
for me it's nice but nothing special, kind of simple. I can't chose between Federer and Sampras, one is elegant the other is just majestic. I also like Safin, Stosur, Mauresmo.
