Does the best tennis training come from longer fitness practices or shorter more intense ones???
Well the best practice will come from the time span that you can give your full concentration. If you start to lose focus you should quit. Perfect practice makes perfect.
You need both;
I'm a teenis pro and personal trainer. If your talking tennis fitness you need some cardio work for long range match stamina and you need tennis specific sprint type or explosive, plyometric stuff. Do you work out at the gym?? and whats your age?
