I don't know about "clearly". RG 2011 always felt like a bit of an asterisked title. Nadal was clearly lucky to avoid Djokovic there, and even then he struggled hard against Federer in the final. RG 2019 on the other hand was a fully deserved title, even if the competition was clearly worse.
