Best vibration dampening material to put in a handle.

What is a better material to have in a handle to absorb vibrations: foam, silicone, blu tac, or tungsten putty? By foam I am meaning the foam Wilson puts in their handles. Thanks guys, trying to help the ole TE.

Silicone is great vibration dampening and easy to use.

I know it sounds weird but I just open up the trap door on my Head LM Rads (MP) and stuff as many cotton balls as I can fit doen the handle. Pack them in tight using a screw driver and it works great. Seems to help with dampening the frame and making them a slightly more head light.
