best way to add stability to rackets without adding significant swingweight.

how do I make a racket more stable, torsionally and recoil wise, without adding a lot of swingweight. I put lead in the handle to decrease recoil and it doesn't add any sginificant swingweight. 3 and 9 adds significant swingweight for me.

more torsional stability means more weight on 3 and 9, but it will increase swing weight - no free lunch here.

I added 2 grams of tape to 3 and 9 and it barely changed the weight but gave it some more stability. I would say just add a little bit to 3 and 9.

If the OP only cares about twist weight, then 4 and 8 might also work while causing the least possible increase in swing weight. But yeah, there's no free lunch.

String it at lower tension. If more of the energy of the ball is dissipated by distortion of the string bed, then less energy is left to deflect (i.e twist) the frame.
