Better hard courter - Alcaraz or Sinner?

3 Slams each, Sinner has 2 more WTFs and 1 more MS. Alcaraz has the h2h on HC at 7-3 including 2-0 in the Slams and has actually won the last 2 HC Slams.

Also Alcaraz is 2-1 vs Djokovic (1-1 at the AO, 1-0 at the US) while Sinner is 1-1 (1-1 at the AO).

Sinner has won 90% of his HC tournaments with cheap draws. Just look at his 2024 USO or 2024 WTF draws LOL.

So who's better?

This is a good question, but I think Sinner still edges it by a little, because of his two YEC being won in very dominant fashion.

Alcaraz has beat Sinner 2-0 on HC. No question, it's Alcaraz. Sinner was there to pick up, when Alcaraz has been eliminated.

It's close on clay; Sinner had 2-1 and 2-0 sets leads. And he might be ahead on grass; he won both WB matches.

Sinner is so much better indoors so it is clearly him overall, even if Alcaraz has taken massive step forwards in the past 12 months. The match up between them is something else.
