Which guy has better general sports etiquette in your eyes and why?
I don't like either Zverev or Tsitsipas, but the Greek is worse. He was a complete tool again while shaking hands with Zedrot today. Zverev even wished him luck at the USO and Tsits said nothing and basically rolled his eyes. Total jerk.Tsitsipas is clearly the worse of the two as far as on-court behavior is concerned.
I mean, do you think he's gonna just go up and say "welp, ya got me"?and he has straight denied the accusations and said they are untrue.

Zverev bursting at Zverev is definitely good.Tsitsipas is clearly the worse of the two as far as on-court behavior is concerned. His patterns of gamesmanship even disregarding this latest incident have been well-documented. While Zverev is not the best-behaved on the tennis court as his racket smashing habits can attest, his outbursts are mostly directed at himself which is less bad (not good).
I actually want him to win 0 Slams now, lol. Hopefully Z steps up on clay. The more I see of Tsitsipas, the more I think "how the hell did I use to like this guy?"
The disconnect between the "lovable nerd posting philosophical quotes" persona off court and his lack of sportsmanship or concern for others on the court really puts me off.I actually want him to win 0 Slams now, lol. Hopefully Z steps up on clay.

What was worst was the lack of care after he hit him. Didn't even look at his father. I wanna believe he apologized in private, but given his reaction when it happened, I'm not so sure.At least Zverev didn’t hit his dad with his racquet. That was a dealbreaker for me.

When was this?At least Zverev didn’t hit his dad with his racquet. That was a dealbreaker for me.
ATP Cup I think. Gif is floating around somewhere. When was this?

ATP Cup 2020 vs. KyrgiosWhen was this?
ATP Cup 2020 vs. KyrgiosWhen did Tstisipas hit his dad?
First time I hear most of this stuff in this thread, thh. Thank you.
Thought that was Laver Cup for a sec!Not the best gif, but I couldn't find a better one...
And even better: He somewhat demanded he shouldn't be punished for this because it was "only his own dad". As if the ATP could make differences in WHO was hit.At least Zverev didn’t hit his dad with his racquet. That was a dealbreaker for me.
I couldn't reason better than that so here you guys go. Everyone should have the right to get angry on himself; or, to provide a constructive criticism to the umpire. Given the choices, Zverev's mine too.Zverev doesn’t have issues with what I’d call “sportsmanship” - he freaks out at himself and breaks rackets but it’s mainly directed internally. I do remember him going off on an umpire a few times.
Zverev is not a good role model nor admirable in any way on court; Tsitsipas is simply worse.
Everyone in a pro sport wants to gain some sort of a competitive edge but if that's at the expense of the opponent, then we have a jerk in progress.Tsitsipas is a snide cheater though. The constant racquet taps, the suspect bathroom breaks, the cocaine-fueled twitching and movement on return of serve are pretty tough to defend. Plus he’s broken quite a few rackets and has anger issues as well.
Me too, which is a shame because I really do like his game. The more I see of Tsitsipas, the more I think "how the hell did I use to like this guy?"
Probably doctor prescribed Adderallthe cocaine-fueled twitching and movement on return of serve are pretty tough to defend.
