Big Ace, Blue Gear, and Maxim Touch, Thoughts?

What are youe thoughts on these Pro Supex strings, which makes a better hybrid? Blue Gear and Maxim Touch, or Big Ace and Maxim Touch.

And how about just as an afterthought a Blue Gear hybrid with Big Ace :mrgreen:

I have tried before a Blue Gear mains Big Ace crosses hybrid. Played great.. lots of spin and great load of pop.

PROTENNIS63 it wasnt incredibly hard on the arm was it? I use dampeners and I will be stringing it at 57

I had Blue Gear mains with Gosen syn gut crosses but it was too springy. Then I cut out the Gosen and replaced with Big Ace. Wow what a difference. Very nice. I recommend this too.

I also like Big Ace mains with Head RIP Control crosses for a more muted feel. To me I get good spin on both setups. Maybe slightly more with the Blue Gear, but it depends on the technique more than anything.

All 3 strings IMO are excellent strings and will all play well but the hybrid that i had personally tried and would recommend trying would be the big ace/ maxim touch hybrid aka Matrix Hybrid.. it recieved some very good reviews in a recent RSI magazine.

sorry, havent tried the blue gear/big ace hybrid yet but im sure that would be a great combination

I'm very interested in trying these strings.

Comparing a hybrid of Big Ace/Maxim Touch with a hybrid of Blue Gear/Maxim Touch (same gauges and same tensions), which one would be 1. more powerful and 2. softer in feel (more comfortable)?

Any other differences?
