By winning the Fairfield Challenger tournament with Sanchai Ratiwatana, beating Henri Laaksonen & Harri Heliövaara 6-0 7-6.

Such a great display of volleying skills by Rungkat. It was a great and entertaining doubles match. The master of ceremony said he wants him to start a tennis volleying school and he'll be his first customer :)

Funny trophy ceremony speech by Rungkat. He thanked his aunt for driving all the way from Oregon to Fairfield (8 hours drive?), to watch "his spoiled nephew" finals match (yes he did say he was a spoiled nephew. LOL.) He also thanks his doubles partner Ratiwatana, saying thank you for playing with him instead of playing with his twin brother (Sonchat).

Sanchai also gave a great speech, thanking Ken or (or Kev? the supervisor?) who used to drive him here from Sacramento. It's surprising how well both of them speaking English!

Funny speech by the MC, saying thank you to Henri and Harri for a great match, and also wishing them a successful career, but hopefully not too successful otherwise they won't be back playing challenger at Fairfield again (LOOOOL).

You can watch the replay on Livestream app on your smartphone. Search "Rungkat" and you'll see his latest match.

I'm intrigued that there's someone else here watching Rungkat or posting a thread on him. He's playing at 3pm local time in Liuzhou, China - 1st round with C. Hsieh, one of his few "regular" partner.

I wonder why the Ratiwatana brothers are not playing with each other. Sonchat, the other brother that was not partnering with Rungkat in Fairfield is in this tournament.

I don't know who you are but I have a special set of skills. I will find you and congratulate you on your volleying. - Liam Neeson

Congrats to him. It's worth getting in to the top 100 so when you retire and start a youtube channel you can say "former top 100 atp pro" at the start of every video

After his SF win at Shenzen 2, Christo is at career high of #93. His team (#2 seed) will be playing against #1 seed Balaji/Nedunchezhiyan. It'll be a tough match. Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan is a good player and he's very familiar with Rungkat's game as they were doubles partner for quite a few Challenger tournaments. In fact, they won Dallas Challenger (defeated Paes) just this past February. Jeevan is currently ranked #68 (a career high).

If Christo were to win the Shenzen 2, he'll be at career high around #90, just one place below his partner Hsieh.

Rungkat career high is 87 after his Da Nang, Vietnam Challenger win against #1 seed Paes/Reyes-Varella. But after two first round loses, he was back at around #99.

He's currently playing at the ATP 250 event Sofia Open and just won his first round match against Fucsovics/Copil 7-6(4),6-1. At #97 now.

Incidentally, Copil just won against Wawrinka?!

Keep it up Chris!

Copil is a dangerous player. Big serve, nice solid single handed backhand too.

It's been a good year for Christo. After winning Gwangju Challenger with his regular partner Hsieh, he's now at a career-high #75. Hsieh is at #66.

They're currently playing in the ATP 250 Geneva. After winning their 1st round match, up next will be a real challenge against the #1 seed Marach/Pavic. Marach's doubles rank was as high as #2, while Pavic was #1. The match is scheduled tomorrow 4pm Geneva time.

Also, looks like their names are listed in FO 2019! Looks like they made the cut for FO doubles.

Rungkat/Hsieh is currently playing against #14 Marach/J. Melzer. Tough match. They're down 2 sets to 1, but leading in 4th set 4-0!

Lots of interesting movements in double pairings this year. Marach splits from his regular partner Pavic after the FO. And some others like Jamie Murray/Soares split.
