Big difference with cortex???

The Babolat Aeropro Drive Cortex demos are never in stock. I wanted to demo one, but didnt want to wait 3 weeks. I went on and ordered the Babolat Aeropro Drive (no cortex) because it is in stock usually always (as far as I have seen). Is there a big difference? or is the cortex version just like the standard with a dampener?

the cortex is basically one big dampner and it gives the string bed a dead feel for more comfort but that's really the only difference
