Add all of those together. Now take that whole sum and double it.
Still less than Novak Djokovic. :)
Why not compare Djokovic's accomplishments at Rune's current age of 20 years, 7 months?

At that exact age, (December, 2007), Novak had won 7 titles. Four 250's, one 500 and two Masters 1000's. He defeated Canas in Miami and world #1 Fed in Canada.

Rune at 20.7 has won four titles including beating world #1 Djokovic in the Paris Masters final last year as a teen. The other titles are all 250's.

Djokovic has three more 250 titles at Rune's exact age, but the differences in career accomplishments isn't big.

But Djokovic has already made semis at 4 straight slam semis now and already had won AO (20.8).

Rune is yet to make semis at slams level.

Novak was crushing in Canada in 2007. He sweeped no3, no2 and no1 in that tournament. In the middle of prime Fed total domination. I was in awe, couldn't believe what the kid did, made me a fan.
Rune's Paris run was great, but nowhere near this achievement.

Having all that said, beside that amazing Canada campaign in 2007, 20yo Novak was nothing special, many ATGs achieved much more at that age.

Zverev wins Rome and with it is at the top of the list as far as big titles is concerned, at 9 titles now.

His first masters title win since Cincinnati 2021.

Should Laver Cup, Dubai and Basel be added to the list ? It is not categorized as masters, but we all know players value it a lot and there is enormous prize and appearance money

So he has won more clay titles than either Outdoor hard or indoor Hard. Interesting! Sasha Clayrev is gonna win the RG(s) in the future as it seems.

A truly incredible achievement.

OP updated with the new brand new winner to the big title circle, Popyrin with his first big win coming in Canada.

Yep, pretty much all the guys below 30.

Where is your thread about Monfils, Gasquet, and Wawrinka? I can’t find it and wanted to note that Monfils just beat last week’s MS champion, Alexei Papyri, in Cincy. I doubt Wawrinka or Gasquet could have done that! Papyri was probably tired, admittedly.

By end of the year, Sinner would be at number 4. Behind Alcaraz and Zverev/Medvedev who had a long start.

This year its 3 Raz, 3 Sinner.
