Nadal's rituals are purely about mental focus, in my opinion. He focuses on these rituals to keep himself in the present, and to stop himself thinking too much about any negative things that have just happened, or could happen, in a match.

If it is about mental focus, the least he can do is umm....keep it socially acceptable ? Like he can do a macarena before the serve and people wouldn't have a problem with it but tugging at the front and back of his shorts FFS ?

hope he doesn't 'mentally focus' too hard when choosing his menu, when xisca takes him out to the restaurant... [IMG]
