Bizarre TE

This is totally crazy...
This morning I moved a load of damp laundry from washer to dryer and I've got TE in my left elbow. It's my non dominant hand and I don't use it for BH...
As the day progressed, the pain receded a bit in TE spot and kind of moved to the lower tendon of biceps.
Totally confused...

nothing bizarre about it, tennis elbow happens all the time from other activities. The only time I ever had it, it began after a long early spring bicycle ride (holding handlebars with elbows bent is a perfect set-up for the condition)

Yeah I know... My real TE, few years ago was initiated by a snowboarding crash, then fully inflamed by tennis.
What's strange about this incident, it was a single wrong move under load.
On the bright side, it's much better this morning.

As for age, I'm 47...

Yeah, polyester laundry + stiff dryer + head heavy operator = TE :)

If you have an injury that might be Tennis Elbow stop stressing it immediately. It begins healing when injured and can heal defectively if stressed.

Tendon Injury Nuthouse. Defective healing can occur is a very short time if stressed.

Start with the paper in post #1. See also tendinosis, post #15, defective healing that can occur in a 2 weeks or so.

Stop stressing your elbow and see a Dr.

Research healing times. Think in terms of months rather than weeks.
