BLX line

ok, i received a wilson brochure that explains what blx actually stands for. the bl is basalt, while the x stands for the 9 "technologies" that wilson came up with. having said that, i looked inside the brochure and was surprised to see no blades in there. sorry wilson blade series fans, but i guess the blx line is complete...without the blades:(
as a previous blade user, i don't see a reason why wilson would just leave out one of their best-selling sticks. or i could just be completely wrong and wilson comes out with the blades later on. then they would have to revise the brochures they had released, which doesn't make any sense.

I know right?!?! Wilson lines are never complete with the Blade racquets.

But from what I heard, they're going to release the BLX Blade sometime soon. This better not be a lie.

New Blade series is always released 6-12 months are the 6.1 series.

Be patient and you will get your BLX Blade Tour :)

try the prestige pro, the racket was really similar to the Kblade and it has a open string pattern. It wouldn't hurt to demo to see if you like it.

The Blades are junk in comparison to the Prestiges!!

negative, I deal with so much rackets and own too many of them and imo the Blades have so much more feel easier to maneuver around the nets, the Prestiges are for hardcore baseliners, having said that Blades are much better more around. I owned 3 nBlades, 1 KBlade, 5 i.Prestige, and 2 Microgel Prestige

they always do things that don't make any sense like their quality control. and BLX also stands for BLOCKS because it blocks unwanted frequencies to your hand for "perfect feel"

I like the blx 6.1 95. Was playing old TF 320 which was good but blx is better for me. Plays with a touch more power and spin. The feel is more muted than TF - it feels similar to a Volkl. I demo-ed the K6.1 95 and Ncode 6.1 95 and like the blx the best - softer and a tad lighter than the K factor and a bit firmer than the ncode. Excellent racket for me.
