Body position & Serve contact point...

What should the body position be when the racquet makes contact with the ball? I recently learned about the hip rotation and it has allowed me to get a lot more serve in. When i make contact with the ball, my knee bend has brought my body into the air and my hips has fully rotated, making my body face the net. Is this correct? Should the body be facing the net when making contact with the ball?

Thanks

is it correct to arch your back backwards? because i was trying my motion with a straight up back and hitting flat is a very difficult to, 1. hit the ball and 2. even se the ball for that matter. is this right or wrong? cause my shoulder flexbility refuses to let me hit with my arm flying right by my face

Its not about back or body position really. Its more about the take back and feet position. I've been trying and reading that most serves is like you jumping sideways and you use a lot of your left leg to accelerate your body forward. Its like starting a fast running position sideways. If you really research, look at Joker's serve. Its like when he completes the motion its like he is sprinting towards the net. Most people maybe think that a strong serve is in the back, but really its at least 50/50 some in the back and a lot in the legs. There are a LOT of techniques of serving... Just experiment.
