Can you give me some advice on books about tennis? I want to improve my mental toughness.
Try "The Inner Game of Tennis" by W Timothy Gallwey. Helped me a lot with keeping a level head in a match.
Winning Ugly by Brad Gilbert.
Thanks guys. Appreciate it.
All of the above and toss in Tennis Mastery by Dave Smith...love the explanations of the strokes; good rationales
Winning ugly is a good book, but I haven't read that many.
I bought the one mentioned plus Nick Bollettieri's Tennis Handbook. I hope they are good.
By, "...the one mentioned...", do you mean "Winning Ugly"? That is a great book and a FUN book to read as well! Love the stories and how Brad breaks down the other pros's games...!
Yeah. Finally I bought the new version of "Winning ugly", "Nick Bollettieri's tennis hadbook" and "The inner game of tennis"
