Bought! Prince OG MID 90/93

Hi, I just won a POG Mid on **** and really look forward to hitting with it.

I understand the headsize is either 90 or 93...but it's really the same size. But could anyone tell me other specs of the racket? weight? balance?

I currently play a Prince Diablo Mid but couldn't find the same racket with 4 1/8 grip size. So I am hoping this one plays similar. I am a bit worried about the weight of POG. Prince diablo weights 12Oz (unstrung?), but not sure of POG. I want it to be right around 12oz if not heavier. I should have researched this before bidding on an item. :(

In case anyone is curious:

Actually, overlaying the racket face on top of others, I can say that at least the width of the head is as large as a 95 and very close to the 97.

That makes a huge difference when comparing likewise sizes like the K90

It is an interesting mold. The width is similar to many 97/98s and because of the thin beam it has a spin window larger than thicker beam 100s like the Pure Drive. It is an odd combination because they are forgiving in that the shank factor is low, but they lack forgiveness in the power (or lack of) when you don't hit the sweet spot. Fun racquets, but I don't win much with them.

I sold my Diablo Mids a few months ago but have two headguards in the closet.

I have a Dunlop 200 which has a 95 headsize. The POG Mid is slightly smaller but larger than a K90 (from what I can recall hitting with one in practice a couple of years ago). So I think 93 is probably more accurate than 90.

So what is your verdict on that venerable stick?

Excuse my brevity, sent from mobile on puny keyboard and rocking public transport

I underestimated the 14x18 string pattern, the launch off the racket is very different than diablo tour mid (16x20), so ultimately its not a replacement for diablo mid as i had hope it would be.

More spin. more pop, a heftier feel thAn diablo mid.

It's a great racquet, spin is great due to a very open pattern.
