Bouncing the ball between your legs before serving

How should between the legs pre-serve ball bouncing be treated ?

Man I feel myself getting old watching Isner constantly bouncing the ball between his legs like he’s some sort of performing clown. Hope the shot clock stops this sort of gratuitous timewasting! Tennis has to stamp this out before it becomes a menace.

Not worthy of a thread. It's not cool at all but if players want to do it, they can. Isner does it, Kyrgios used to do it, Shapo used to do it. Just looks a bit childish to me.

One should only be allowed to do this after they've won at last a M1000 tourney.

That is to say, Isner has earned the right while young Shaps has not.

A thousand pardons, My Lord.
People not affected at all by the between the legs Isner bounce have a big advantage over us who don’t. They’ve got an immense amount of self control, nothing in life can bother them. They can take victory and defeat, those Kipling famous impostors, with the same attitude.
In one word, they’ve made it, and they will not fear anything in life. I really envy them.

You should be shot on site. Firing squad immediately comes out and finishes the dirty work while the umpire says "game, set, match,..." and lifts your body out right as he finishes talking. Whole thing should take less that 9 seconds.

Very good material considering it’s your second post in this forum.
I can’t imagine what you will be able to produce when you reach the 1000th.
