Well that’s what I thought but his shoe had a distinct red wedge on the side the the Kaos doesn’t have.

not sure what you mean by your comment, but I didn't add the pics to show that the shoes are the same, I added the pics of the shoes to create a picture of what the shoes mentioned prior to my comment looked like. Clearly, they are not the same shoe, I didn't add the pics to show that they were indeed the same shoe.
I am not a Wilson shoe expert at ALL, so that was why I did not make a comment and just had the pics of the shoes.

I don’t know the answer to that question but I’m on my second pair of Rush Pro 3.5s. They have plenty of cushion and stability while being light weight and fast. I personally think it’s the best tennis shoe I’ve tried.
