Bumper guard replacement for old classic racquets

Hi All,

I have the following old racuqets and i am looking to replace the bumper guard for these. Any suggestions please..

1) Wimbledon Graphite 100%

Can i get the Prince Graphite bumper guard and use it for this. I hope the prince ones are available.

2) Wimbledon Boron Pro

3) Head Team Pro

Can i use the CAP Grommets for this..

4) Prince Magnesium Pro 110.

The Wimbies were reminiscent of the Princes, especially with the cosmetics, but the ones I remember were clearly different molds and even different head sizes than their Prince counterparts. Prince bumpers are still available, but I'd guess it's a "no".

There is a thread on TT with a pretty comprehensive list of CAPpable racquets; shouldn't be hard to find.

The Mag Pro never had a bumper guard. For grommet strips, you're probably stuck with tubing, cutting up some other racquet's grommets, or those individual 'universal' grommets.

Yes, I've done it. I used MG Prestiege mid (89.5)
