Buying from TW

Ok, this may sound stupid but i am buying from TW for the 1st time but am a bit confused, could you tell me what the difference is between the billing address and shipping address. In the Primary/credit card shipping address section i put my own address, is that right? so i left the shipping address blank like it said but it still asks me to fill in fields.

The "Billing Address" is the address where you receive your monthly billing statements for your credit card.
If you would like your order shipped to a different address, you will need to enter this information into the "Shipping Address" fields. If your billing and shipping address are the same than you are not required to fill in the "Shipping Address" fields. Please feel free to call or e-mail with any further questions.
