In terms of playing style, I think Djokovic for the sliding backhands and staying on top the baseline. I would also say most of the tour resembles Djokovic more than the other two. Federer and Nadal are very unique and difficult to emulate whereas Djokovic shares a lot of base characteristics with other players maybe because he is more well-rounded overall.

His backhand - old Rafa

His forehand - young Nole
His touch - old Djokovic

His overheads - Federer

Young Alcaraz is already carving a distinct style out for himself. Rock solid backhand, great all around aggression, ROCKET of a forehand, and especially the forehand dropper.

Closest maybe to Djokovic, but still Alcaraz’s game is much more centered around the forehand. Mentality, attitude, overhead composure, etc. all like Rafa though.

Carlos doesn't ressemble Federer at all. Federer is an excellent server, Alcaraz isn't. Federer has a one-handed backhand. Alcaraz hasn't. Carlos has his own particular gamestyle, but if I had to choose one, I would say he ressembles Djokovic the most, with his slides, right-handed, etc. He may have a bit of Nadal also in the fighting spirit, but he still ressembles more Novak in his gamestyle (Carlos doesn't have Nadal's ridiculously top-spinned forehand, his forehand is more flat and right-handed like Djokovic).

As for his usual drop shots, that doesn't make him "Federer-alike". Both Nadal and Djokovic also employ many succesful drop shots throghout their matches.

Backhand/sliding defense - Djokovic
Lob/control on ball - Murray/Nadal
Forehand - His own
Explosiveness/mentality - Nadal

No he doesn't play like Djokovic, he has one shot that remind me of Nadal - whenever he plays it safe to get Outta trouble, he hits a loopy cross court FH like Nadal to make rally neutral.

Nadal's style is non-reproducible IMO. Rafa's style is so unorthodox no one plays it, with that heavy top spin and being left-handed. Carlos is right-handed like the Serbian.

The thing I see in common with Nadal is the "never give up" attitude.

I didn't say style but i just talked about one specific shot of Nadal to make rally neutral whenever he's in trouble - his loopy cross court FH , Alacaraz uses it a lot.

It is an insult to compare Alcaraz with a 1-Slam winner like Chang. Alcaraz is destinied to greater things. And rightly so, as he is far more complete than Chang.
insult to one still being a teen when being compared with a slam winner?
in addition similar playing style does not mean carlos cannot win far more in the future, right?

Alcaraz himself thinks he plays closest to Federer. And I can definitely see why he thinks that. His appetite for aggression and shotmaking very closely resembles prime Federer’s breathtaking play.

I think what makes Alcaraz so immensely popular already is that each Big 3 fan can see some of their favourite in him.

No all big 3 fans can jump on the bandwagon since he's the hot prospect , he will be dumped as soon as he fails like Sinner and others before him.

He is a mixture but currently a Jack of all trades and master of none, hopefully in coming days he masters at something

Tough to see.

Alcaraz is a dynamic aggressive power hitter with a re-fined game and a deep tool box and a cool head...

you could compare the specific technicals of his stroke or his movement to some players, but overall his game style and package is very hard to compare to a prior ATG.

The closest grouping would indeed be a much more aggressive Djokovic.

I also said he's like a spreadier, fitter Rublev..

a more dynamic, explosive Sinner... but not with the same mechanics of Sinner.

Sinner's shot is slightly cleaner, but therefore Alcaraz is more explosive and bursty (besides the fact he has more variety).

Not each fan; several prominent vamosaplayans have ripped him on several occasions. The next barrage will be fired on Sunday evening if he gets something done in Miami at age 18, 11 months that their guy has still not achieved at age 35, 10 months.

At a month shy of 19, he’s about to master something The Nadal has yet to do at almost 36 and he will do it 3 years and a day after playing his first Challenger match. Just shy of 3 years after The Nadal played his first Challenger match he was beaten by Roddick 0,3 & 4 at USO’04.
