Who can be Dynamically Disqualified?

Year-end Computer (C) Players, Mixed-Exclusive (M) Players, and Tournament (T) Players are not subject to Dynamic Disqualification. All other self-rated and appealed players who play in Adult and Mixed Divisions are subject to NTRP Dynamic Disqualification

If i am reading the above correct, an M player doesn't get strikes when playing in an adult league?

Except if an M rated player signs up to play Adult, they self-rate again and are an S and subject to strikes.

This from the regulations regarding ratings being valid for 3 years.

* Exception: A player who receives a published (M), (T), or (A) Automatic Appeal
Mixed or Tournament rating and chooses to participate in the Adult Division will be
required to self-rate even if the (M), (T), or (A) rating is less than 2 years old,
unless such player has a valid Self (S) rating.

And the self rate cannot be lower than the M rating. So, if a guy has a 4.0 Mixed Only rating, he can self rate at 4.0S or higher, and cannot self rate at 3.5S. :happydevil:
