Can I change the Pure Drive+ grip ?

I have 4 3/8 grip babolat PD+, it is too large to handle for me. Is it possible to change the grip to smaller size such as 4 1/8 ?

Only if you want to pay big money to have it professionally done, or if you're willing to sand it down yourself... Which can easily lead to a round deformed grip.

So, in short, I'd say no. Not worth it. Sell it off and buy a new one in the grip you want.

I've done and it cost me around $150 for three rackets. Two months later i decided i didn't like the rackets anyway and sold them.

Or you may try Gustavo Kuerten's setup, use 2 overgrips instead. Pull them tight to further reduce the grip size.
