The Head Youtek IG Instinct MP and the Head Youtek IG Extreme Pro & the Head Youtek IG Extreme MP .
I'm looking for a racquet that won't cause pain in the arm and that's light . I'm also looking for a racquet that helps with big hard hitting at the baseline but i also want feel for drop shots and i want to be able to change direction of the ball with power as well . I Like to stay at the baseline and hit hard , flat , and deep . But i will move the ball around and take it early sometimes . Which one of those three would you recommend ?

does it have to be Head rackets? Although I've use any of the rackets you mention above, I think the ig extreme might be caused some arm pain (based on the stiffness). If you only want to use Head brand's rackets, you might want to try the youtek extreme and extreme pro.
And for other brand, i believe volkl 8series , dunlop 500 series are great for baseline game :)

Stay away from the Extreme line of Heads, they are really stiff and not that arm friendly. I tried one out a while ago and it was brutal on my arm and shoulder!

Look for some used i.Radical MP's, it's the only sub 11.5oz stick worth a dam, besides new tech is for suckers.

i.Rad poses everything you want without the garish thick beams and PJ's.

Also as someone else suggested, I actually kinda liked the Volkl 8's.
