You make it sound so simple, I'm liable to sign up for Shanghai and Paris to try and qualify and then win the Masters Cup.Beat Tsitsipas and Thiem to win Beijing, qualify for WTF, defend title. 2019 redeemed.
The reason this is even possible is because we've almost never had such a pathetic lower top 10 section in the Open Era. The number of points required to be for example 9th is very small, that any top 50 player can get there real quick if he just scores a few solid results in a row. He's currently 11th in the race, but only 60 points behind 8th. Can Zverev pull off the unique feat of a place in the 8 man London field without beating a single top 10 player all year? It would cap a stellar season for the much loved prodigy.
It saddens me that Bautista Agut and Berrettini are 7th and 8th in the race. Isn’t Goffin close to top 10 as well? The reason this is even possible is because we've almost never had such a pathetic lower top 10 section in the Open Era. Perhaps it’s more a testament of the quality of the field, or lack thereof. It's quite an achievement to be where he is in the race with the year he has had and how much criticism he has gotten, yet he is 11th in the race and 60 Points from top 8. With the amount of bad energy that has been surrounding him all year, he is still amongst the elite. I think it's impressive and a testament of his quality as a tennis player. He certainly has more potential.

Robbie Bats is #7.Case closed.
I’d actually never seen that incident. I think RBA was right actually.
Career highlights are intriguing:It would cap a stellar season for the much loved prodigy.
I though you were talking about a solid Grand Slam performance. He's currently 11th in the race, but only 60 points behind 8th.
