Can't search within a thread.

I can't find any way to search within a thread.
Trying to search for a fairly common term to see if it is contained in a thread. I can search on all the forum or on sub-forums, but can't find a way to search for the term only in the thread that I'm looking at. A search on even just a sub-forum comes up with so many items that it is not useful and it is easier just to search through every post in the multi-page thread (which is pretty time-consuming).

When you are viewing a thread, click on the search box. You should see an option for "search this thread only". See if it works.

Thanks a lot. My lack of attention to detail biting me again. I looked about 1/2 an hour on two occasions and never saw that.
