Carlos Alcaraz - Pure Aero - String Spacing more like the 2020 Pure Aero VS or 2022 Pure Aero 98?

Fixed it for you and who said that the ‘23 Pure Aero 98 would be more tighten in the center? Alcaraz currently plays with the PAVSO (2020), before it was the ‘16 Pure Aero

The ‘23 doesn’t have a tighten pattern. I can confirm that the current one and new one is the same mold with the new one having a new lay-up.

Darn, I was hoping for a slightly tighter string pattern on the Pure Aero 98 (replacement for the Pure Aero VS). It is confusing since on Babolat.com it does say regarding the string pattern: "tight" for the Pure Aero 98 and Pure Aero, but says "Standard" for the team model.

The standard string pattern for the PA Lite and Team will be with the open pattern from ‘16/‘19 PA but with the new regular ‘23 PA, it has the old APD string pattern with a “denser” middle.

The new Pure Aero is less stiff (65) vs the 2020 model (67). I wonder if they will make the Pure Aero 98 less stiff too - also does anyone know when the Pure Aero 98 or Pure Aero Plus should/may come out?

Carlos plays with the retail version PA VS.

No, the ‘23 PA98 (PAVS) has a new lay-up, stiffness is dropped by a point or two. Everything else is a same, mold and string pattern.
