Carlos with a real chance to do the channel slam RG-SW19 COMBO in same year.

Legend
Carlos is ahead of Federer and Novak at the same age, the goats won only 1 slam each, Fed reached lighting speed only in 2004 but that was 1 and half later than Alcaraz? Djokovic was practically nothing until reaching prime in 2011.

Carlos is still in the head start phase, piling on massive achievements. He should end 2024 with 4 or 5 slams!

I hope his body is ready for Wimbledon he just won two brutal emotionally draining 5 setters and Ferrero said after the match that Carlos is carrying some nagging injuries. We need Carlos in form because he's one of the few guys on tour capable of playing good tennis on grass.

Carlos Injury didn't do much for the opponent today in 4th and 5th sets, hes super strong mentality and determination make him the favourite to win at least another slam this season, not to mention Gold medal, lets see what he can do at the masters 1000 events and YEC.

Nadal and Alcaraz will play doubles in Paris 2024 too.

This was a tough campaign, he put out a lot physically and emotionally to get over the finish line.

Very happy for him to finally pick up his first RG, I always said clay is his best surface and it is only a matter of time until he wins RG. I predicted him to win it this year, and glad he proved me right.

The question is, is there going to be a let down mentally from him. He just achieved his childhood dream of winning RG and joining other Spanish legends, and now enters W with a bullseye on his back. It will be interesting to see how he does.
