Has anyone here ever had any experience with a bulging disc in their neck (Mine is between c7 and t1)? I am curious about how long it took to heal...

Disk bulging is a normal part of the aging process. In many, if not most people, disk bulges cause no pain or other symptoms. However, when a doctor has no other explanation for back pain, they will invariably blame a bulging disk.

There are some great web sites on the web that deal with the back. Two of the best are www.spineuniverse.com and www.spineuniversity.com. If you want to really understand the misinformation dispensed by the medical community when it comes to the back, read Dr. John Sarno's book "Healing Back Pain". It will definitely make you think and may help you deal with your condition.

    Good luck.
