I've always struggled more with my forehand technique than my backhand. This winter I worked on hitting my forehand a bit further from my body. I'm getting a little bit more pop and it overall just looks a lot cleaner than it did. I also continued to work to improve my serve. (Not pictured here). Any comments or advice more than welcome!
You should have your image much bigger, your height occupies less than 10% of the frame height. A camera shot from the side seeing the tilt on the racket face at impact is very good. Motion blur might be a problem. To minimize motion blur with automatic exposure control, video in bright, direct sunlight, the kind that shows sharp dark shadows, not with cloudy skies.
Take care not hit your camera or tripod with a tennis ball. A telephoto lens is useful.

When you get a similar camera view video of your forehand, post it directly under this video and you can do direct comparisons single frame of the two Youtubes on this forum. I'll search the instructions for comparing which I have posted many times.
Similar analyses of mine results in discussions on forehand
separation angle of the line between the 2 shoulders and a line between the 2 hips. This involves the twisting and untwisting of the trunk resulting the turning of the uppermost body.
If interested, attempt to analyze your forehand VS a forehand on the compilation, ask questions and list differences that you saw, especially the differences between your forehand and the ATP forehand.
If any one posts advice on your tiny & blurry micro video - the OP video - ask them what frames they were viewing and what in those frames supports their advice. Strokes can be identified by giving the time of the video, 'the impact at about 11 seconds.
