Compare PS 6.0 95 and Pure Storm Ltd. GT

Wondering if anyone can compare these racquets. The Pure Storm specs are relatively close to the 6.0 95, but wondering if they play similarly. Thanks, Jim.

The PSL GT, IMO, is easier to hit than the PS95 as the PSL GT appears to have a larger sweet spot.

I never hit with the PS95 but I often grab a buddies PS85. IMO the PS85 is one of the best racquets ever produced.

The PS85 is slightly more stiff and weighs almost 20g more, and is (if you can believe it) even more headlight than the PSLGT. It plays more lively than the PSLGT, which has a slightly more muted feeling. It is not as arm friendly as the PSLGT.

A major benefit to the PSLGT is that it is relatively light but still very stable when hitting hard or responding to high pace balls. I can't seem to get as much topspin with the PS85 but can generate boatloads with the PSLGT for some reason.

In the end we must accept that there is no perfect racquet and everyone will have their personal preferences. I tend to like the same class of racquets that the PS85 and the PSLGT are in, including the K90 and the BLX90, and can hit with all of them with minor adjustments. I always seem to prefer the PSLGT because it is lower powered than the others and really lets me put some body into all my shots without worrying that they will sail long, and I seem to be able to generate more topspin with the PSLGT than the others.

But for some reason hitting with the PS85 is just pure pleasure, even magical!

Even though they are both open pattern, the PSL GT has a larger head and therefore has more spin potential.

There are three variations to the Pure Storm racquet. The Pure Storm, the Pure Storm Tour, and the Pure Storm Limited. The limited version is the old school player's racquet of the group.

I have played with both. I used the PS 95 for about 3 years and I have used the LTD for the last few months. Of the two, the PS is more powerful and I think more stable(torsion wise). It is also stiffer. I think I liked the PS better. If you like the PS 95, another racket to look at would be the Adidas Barricade Tour.

Thanks for the input and suggestion.
