Has anyone had experience with both frames? Is there really much of a difference?
Yes, I know, VDM. But does it make much of a difference? An advantage or disadvantage?

I have one of each in my bag and they are far more similar than different... enough so that it's easy to go back and forth. The 2019 is slightly muted compared to the 2018 but it's subtle.

muted in the sense of dampened vibration or muted to the degree of less connected to the ball?
it is probably a matter of taste I suppose

To me, it feels like it's a little bit of both. I play with a small vibration dampener anyway but the 2019 is just a little bit softer and as a result, a tiny bit less connected. If you didn't know they were different, you might not pick it up but knowing they are supposed to be different, you look for ways to describe the difference and that's what I've come up with!

If I've got the string set up identically between the racquets, I'm indifferent as to which one I play with. The 2019 gives just a bit more comfort and the 2018 lets me feel the ball a tiny bit more.
