comparison between synthetic string and natural gut as cross

Does anyone have any input on if u really feel a big difference between a synthetic gut or multi versus natural gut as a cross with poly mains

natural gut feels a little better, but not enough to warrant such an increase in price.

if u wanna go with gut over synthetic, i say put the gut in the mains. thats when i really notice a difference between the two strings. usually i put poly in the mains, but natural gut is the only string that i prefer in the mains.
